Gute Beratung beginnt mit Zuhören und endet mit Zahlen, die stimmen.

Ich arbeite mit dem, was vorhanden ist: mit Ihrem Betrieb, Ihren Kunden, Ihren Lieferanten. Nicht mit Modellen, die anderswo funktioniert haben.

Was ich vorschlage, muss rechenbar sein, umsetzbar und im Alltag tragfähig.

Ein Nein zur richtigen Zeit ist mehr wert als ein Ja, das nicht trägt. Wo die Rechnung nicht aufgeht, sage ich es — auch wenn es unbequem ist.

Good advice begins with listening and ends with figures that hold up.

I work with what is there: your business, your customers, your suppliers. Not with models that worked somewhere else.

Whatever I propose has to be calculable, workable and sustainable in day-to-day operations.

A no at the right moment is worth more than a yes that will not hold. Where the figures do not add up, I say so — even when it is unwelcome.

Konkret heißt das: eine belastbare Zahlenbasis, ein klares Bild des Marktes und der Mitbewerber, und daraus abgeleitet die Entscheidung, wo Aufwand sich lohnt und wo nicht.

Ob ein Vorhaben trägt, entscheidet sich früh — bei der Machbarkeit, bei der Rollenverteilung und bei der Frage, wer welches Risiko übernimmt. Diese Fragen kläre ich, bevor Geld gebunden wird.

Prozesse für Bestellung, Lieferung und Abrechnung. CRM- und Stammdatenstruktur, Produktdaten, GTIN/GLN und Rückverfolgbarkeit. Projektadministration und laufende Koordination.

Ordnung entsteht nicht durch neue Software, sondern durch klare Zuständigkeiten und saubere Stammdaten. Die Werkzeuge kommen danach — und richten sich nach dem Betrieb, nicht umgekehrt.

Processes for ordering, delivery and invoicing. CRM and master data structure, product data, GTIN/GLN and traceability. Project administration and ongoing coordination.

Order does not come from new software, but from clear responsibilities and clean master data. The tools come afterwards — and follow the business, not the other way round.

Zuhören und ansehen

Am Anfang steht kein Vorschlag, sondern eine Bestandsaufnahme. Ich sehe mir an, wie der Betrieb tatsächlich läuft — nicht, wie er auf dem Papier läuft. Dazu gehören Gespräche mit den Leuten, die die Arbeit machen.

Rechnen

Jede Überlegung wird durchgerechnet, bevor sie zur Empfehlung wird. Margen, Kosten, Liquidität, Zeitbedarf. Was sich nicht rechnet, kommt nicht auf den Tisch.

Umsetzen und begleiten

Ein Konzept, das in der Lade liegt, hat niemandem geholfen. Ich bleibe dabei, bis die neuen Abläufe im Alltag tragen — und bis sie auch ohne mich funktionieren.

Listening and looking

It starts with an assessment, not a proposal. I look at how the business actually runs — not how it runs on paper. That includes talking to the people who do the work.

Calculating

Every consideration is worked through before it becomes a recommendation. Margins, costs, liquidity, time required. What does not add up does not reach the table.

Implementing and staying with it

A concept in a drawer has helped no one. I stay involved until the new processes hold in daily operations — and until they work without me.

Ein skalierbares Klinikmodell, das die gesetzlich vorgesehene Primärversorgung mit Diagnostik, Vorsorge, Physiotherapie und ergänzenden medizinischen Leistungen verbindet.

Daraus entsteht eine tragfähige, wiederkehrende Patientenbasis — und zugleich die Grundlage für Premiumangebote wie die Longevity-Medizin. Ausgelegt auf rund 1.100 m² und 90 bis 100 Patientinnen und Patienten pro Tag.

Über michAbout me

Mein Zugang kommt aus der Praxis. 39 Jahre Handel in Oberösterreich — Einkauf, Konditionen, Logistik, Kundenbeziehungen. Ich kenne die Seite des Anbieters und die Seite des Abnehmers, und ich weiß, wo die beiden aneinander vorbeireden.

Was ich dort gelernt habe, lässt sich übertragen. Heute begleite ich Vorhaben auch außerhalb des Handels — bis hin zur Errichtung und zum Betrieb einer Klinik. Die Branche wechselt, die Fragen bleiben dieselben: Rechnet es sich, wer macht was, und hält die Struktur auch dann, wenn es eng wird.

Sie arbeiten mit mir, nicht mit einem Team, das Sie nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Was besprochen wird, bleibt zwischen uns. Und wenn ein Vorhaben aus meiner Sicht nicht trägt, sage ich das, bevor Sie investiert haben — auch wenn ich damit einen Auftrag verliere.

My approach comes from practice. 39 years in trade in Upper Austria — purchasing, terms, logistics, customer relationships. I know the supplier's side and the buyer's side, and I know where the two talk past each other.

What I learned there transfers. Today I also guide ventures outside trade — up to the construction and operation of a clinic. The sector changes; the questions stay the same: does it add up, who does what, and will the structure hold when things get tight.

You work with me, not with a team you never meet. What is discussed stays between us. And if a venture does not hold in my view, I say so before you have invested — even if it costs me the engagement.
